    Gerard,

Looking forward to meeting you both too !

That was funny… but no… no business here… just don’t want anyone else to go through that… We have always had a spare plug on board as you never know when you may need one and I gave no thought in advance to that Marinco inlet being so small.

Thank you Jeff Rowe… he was right on target there… can’t wait to get to Tennessee and get a few things checked out on our bus.. gotta figure out how to get Larry away from work long enough… I think Jon can work on that with Larry better than I can!!

Jon… yes you were right about the blades and housing…at that time still hoped to find the perfect fit but soon came to realize there was no such thing off the shelf !!

I am happy to have my guy get a few of these fixed up and ready to go for anyone who wants one.. I won’t be caught without a spare that fits again!!

Lugging that extra cord we carry around to the other side and plugging it in is a royal pain… heavy too..then rolling up and carrying it back to the other side… nope, not my style… love that power reel !!

    Cheers, Diane

How quickly we forget. Until we had the cord reel on a coach we thought nothing of dragging about 50 pounds of power cord around to hook up to shore power. Then when it was raining it was great fun coiling the cord up again and dragging dirt, mud, sand or grass cuttings in the bay as we got ready to leave the campground..

I also remember having to go to each window to pull the shades down also.

And I will never forget actually having to turn a knob to go to a different channel on the TV.

Yep.. that’s true… we are spoiled rotten… of course we work hard to pay for the priviledge, but I still actually feel guilty or embarrased ( not sure how to describe the feeling) when we pull up beside or pass someone in a horrible looking old plastic coach with all the windows open… ( I am thinking that’s most likely the very best they can afford)…

Then there is the other smart ass type that I’d like to moon !! haha … they fly past you at 75 mph with their fenders flapping in the wind and the white belts showing on their tires !! It’s all out there !!

We are so very blessed !!

    Cheers, Diane
