Our coach received its New Paint Job Feb 2011 and with 3 coats of Clear Coat, I hesitate to use much cleaning liquids than necy. After talking with a couple Tour Bus companies and how they keep their coaches nice and sparkling clean, they have told me they use Jet Dry that is used in home dishwashers to repel spotting. Seems to help.

Good advice George. All should realize that any time we lose a function, such as what could be a failed time delay relay, a relay, a circuit breaker, a solenoid valve coil (as in the suspension) the first step in trouble shooting is to swap it out with a counterpart to see if that corrects the problem or shifts the proiblem elsewhere.

If you have retained the 5 gallon tank with the aux compressor, and are feeding air into the wet tank I suspect you are doing al you can do. I would drain all tanks often, but other than that I think you are going to keep air from the aux system because it is being delivered to the 5 gallon tank, wet tank, primary tank, secondary tank and then the aux tank before it is distributed through the aux system.
Cannot imagine the air being hot and moisture laden by the time it exits the aux tank.
Forgive our previous responses because our brains are geared to our aux air entering the system from the aux compressor into the front port supplied by Prevost for the converter (not exactly accurate but for this discussion close enough). We don’t think of homebuilt in which converters tie into the air system at other points. It is critical however for you to insure you are using some type of air system check valve or protection valve so if any failure of the aux compressor line to the wet tank is damaged you retain the integrity of the brake systems.

Got my seat back today and what a difference. The guy who did the job made the comment that Isri used junk for the foam and inside material. The foam had completely wore out and had no support at all. I’m sure it was probably a good grade foam back in it’s day, but he didn’t think so.
