Thanks for the pointers. I pressurized the system to 100psi and let it set for 4 to 6 hours, glancing at it occassional. Saw no pressure drop on the Swagelok gauge nor bubbles in the filter. You point is well taken and I will change the regulator out. I am on my second filter. The first one was a piece of junk and I ended up buying a Norgren air filter to replace it. The first leaked like a seive!
As to the use of the term “Bubblier”, I was poking fun at my TN version and all of the non-believers out there. Didn’t mean to include the term in reference to the Texas version. I know Jon views these contraptions as pain and anguish but they do get the job done.
Keep me posted on the new version – I can already see a couple of improvements I want to make on mine. Then maybe apply for a patent! Just kidding of course.
BTW Jon, I’ll be happy to let you borrow mine any time.

Tom, you kind of verified what I had heard. Being that our coach is normally always in a warm climate, I think I’d be leary of a 10 yr or older coach with Aqua-Hot. We like the Wabasto in ours and see no reason for anything more complex.

The first thing on towing the classic is the rate of disappearance during the night. Maybe the steering wheel lock would solve that problem.
Have you considered a fun model Jeep ?

I had trouble following the description but it sounds like a previous owner added an air line for convenience and did not recognize how or why to properly install the compressor.

I stand corrected boy’s, hat in hand and long face! I failed to zero out my meter when I did the measurement so I was wrong.
The reading this morning with the meter zeroed and the key off was 2 amp and with the key on 4.

Hitches are designed to both tow and support suspended weight. Unless you are using a tow bar or tow dolly the rule of thumb is that a trailer’s tonque weight should be 10-15% of a trailer’s total weight. With too little tongue weight you increase the possibility that the trailer will want to fishtale. Most hitches have a tongue weight equal to or greater than their maximum tow weight. The 10% tongue weight recommendation is why hitches have a tongue weight rating equal to at least 10% of their tow weight.

We are staying at Fort Wilderness in one of the premium sites and looking forward to the stay. Our daughter and her family are staying in one of the cabins.
