If you want to further the discussion about the leans start a new thread under pneumatics. For the benefit of you as well as others who may fact the problems with leaning it is not rocket science.

A few important facts have to be recognized. When the key is off whatever air pressure is in the air bags should be “locked” in them by the 5 port Norgren valves when they go to their normally closed position.

Regardless of what the pressure is in any of the other systems (primary and secondary brake or auxiliary) even if those pressures drop to zero the air in the suspension should remain as it was when the key was turned off. With one exception. That exception is on early model coaches and that is because the aux air system must be maintained at or above about 35 PSI otherwise the three port Norgren between the tag and drive axle air bags will open and dump tag axle air bag air making the coach lean.

If the aux pressure is maintained, and the coach leans the leak is in one of the three air bags on that side, or the three port Norgren valve or the five port Norgren valve or one of the air fittings or hoses from the five port Norgren to all of the air bags.

New facility, techs in training, all adds up to an empty wallet unless this is warranty work to cover previous repairs.

You CANNOT store a coach for an extended period of time without shore power unless it is completely shut down.

The coaches have “phantom” loads that are always working behind the scenes and unless you have some means of identifying and turning every single power consuming device off the only solution is shore power to maintain the batteries, or a total coach shut down. The loads are such things as tank level sensors, burglar alarms, clocks and numerous other loads. Turning the batteries off in a coach is usually no big deal, but because of how some of our coaches are set up, such as the inverters, it is important to follow the procedure the converter recommends.

Even after a complete shut down be aware that from time to time the batteries need to be charged because over time they lose a small amount of voltage. The benefit of good (new) batteries is there is unlikely to be a bad battery that can quickly pull down and ruin the other batteries.
