    Yes Emerald Brad, you did explain to me you were going to make the correction about Coach age and working on them with your GM and Service Mgr. I stated above that Brian in Service called me to reaffirm Transwest service dept will work on our coach. I wrote above, after Brian in Service called me, that I have an appt for front end inspection on 9/10/19. Thank you very much for clarification and your assistance in straightening out the modified policy. And yes, I started this thread before I spoke to you. I was frustrated and fretting we were going to have to drive 100’s of miles for repairs. Thank you Brad again for your assistance

    Do your credit cards have a PIN ?? What happens with those when you wallet get stolen?
