You will see zero change in fuel economy. NADA, none, zippo.
DDEC III provides fuel proportional to the boost or air flow so if the air filter is clogged the result will lower fuel flow and less power. But I do like it when folks like to spend a lot of money because it helps the economy.

I ended up taking the reostat out and just connection the two wires together and I have had no issues with the CB being trip. Of course I always have a full bright dash light, but the lighting is so poor that I general had it turned all the way up. I did buy another reostat but have decided if I will putt it in. May do so just to fill the hole.

If it is relatively new and the air system has been dry I don’t see a need to replace the entire valve. It is likely the bore where the spool slides is not corroded and is highly polished so this may be a case where spool or O ring replacement makes sense.
I cannot see all of it since the photo is just of the valve body, but it appears as if it is a solenoid (electrically) operated valve instead of the pneumatic valves typically found. An alternative to rebuilding or replacing the entire valve would be to buy a new three port, pnematically operated valves such as those used in about 5 places on the coach and just swap out actuators. Even if you buy the entire new valve from Prevost it is going to cost 1/3 the price of the valve shown.

Do you want it for voice or data?
i have read very mixed reviews of cell repeater installations. Typically, they are a hassle to install correctly. The outside and inside antennas have to be 40 feet apart and well grounded to minimize interference (they operate on the same frequency). You’ll also need to make sure they support the new LTE frequencies. Otherwise the system will be quickly obsolete.
A better approach might be to go with an external antenna for an internal MIFI device that provides WIFI to 5 devices or so. Millenicom gets good reviews ($70 for 20GB/month) plus $100 for device. You may not need an external antenna depending on placement in the bus.
