I agree with you that the bus looks better with the Zip-Dees removed, BUT you loose the ability to shade the windows from sun and my windows are sliding style not awning style so I needed the Zip-Dee to keep light rain out when the windows are open.
definitely a trade-off.

I never use mine, i think i deployed them once in Utah, and as soon as the wind picked up one of the arms flipped back up against the bus.

If you go back far enough in some posts you will read that those awnings are referred to as storm shutters in some conversations because of their appearance.

Where is ETLC located I am in Wisconsin and am having a hard time finding someone to replace my Awnings on my 1996 Liberty. Your coach looks great.
