When my Bus had all the stainless panels replaced and riveted at Prevost Jacksonville, they removed and replaced one of the upper glass panels as well as it did not pass their leak test.

Since the window awnings are off the flex strip which holds awning to coach are bad so replaced all flex strips and new canvas on all window awnings check your flex strips the stitching can go bad

Both sides were only loose where panel and window meet at front of coach top to bottom and roof cap was loose both sides, Panel was tight where it met the bedroom windows, glad it will be done never to have problems again , Coach should look great with the auto awning removed and just a window awning on patio side . Just wanted the coach to be 100% . Most people would have not done the panels , but you know me got to be 100%

Just curious because you rely so heavily on your coach. How long has this taken, and how long would it have taken if paint work was involved?

Jon there was some paint work done where the auto awning was and to fill in holes where it was mounted ,

I dropped it off about October 27 they started 29 and should be all done by the 20 of November, I was in California and droped it off and took pick up truck for the last three clinics , I also put new flex strips on and new canvas on the three window awnings , they are putting one new window awning on the front passenger side

The coach is on holidays for two months as am I its resting after a long year on the road , I told them they could have it for two months they said about 3 weeks is all they would need about 7 days a side then the paint work and new awning put on

They use different glue than when it was built it is way better not to come loose again!!!!!!

They fill holes with stainless and fix holes on upper panel they say you will never know that it had one on it ,will look like it came with a window awning on it and no crap auto awning on can’t wait to see it, I asked do they just put a patch over holes and they said you do not patch a prevost you do it right so it looks like it never came with it, you will not be able to see where holes were and they weld holes closed with no bondo they say it would crack that’s why they weld holes closed

The work done is warantied for life of the bus paint work and repairs
