We spent 7 nights at FQRV last month. Everything about the experience was great. Employees were friendly and helpful, and the place is clean.
NOLA is a unique place, and the pace moves a little differently there, folks from there may have a different work ethic. I have spent extensive time there, and find it quite easy to slip into that laid-back pace when there.
Sure, the neighborhood is a little rough, but Treme is one of the most historically significant neighborhoods in the US. It is a rare treat to be able to enjoy our buses in the midst of it.
FQRV remains one of our very favorite destinations.
