    We had the same problems. Our foam was turning to dust. My big fear was the dust getting into the windings and trashing our gen.

    bought soundown and replaced the failing panels

    how many 32 by 54 inch panels of sound down did it take to do the generator Bay and the radiator Bay?

    While you got it in that shape might check the set screws on the blower pulley. Mine came loose and let the pulley slide and shut down (blowed breaker) on mine last year. No need to go in twice. A dab of oil in motor and blower bearing’s wouldn’t hurt if you hadn’t done so. Removed blower completely to do mine.
