2 Duracell starting batteries from Sam’s club

12 LiFePo for the house side – these are only 10 pounds each and 7 3//4 X 5 1/4 X 6 so it is more like 6 Battleborn or LIfelines but they were only $900 for all 12!

Installing over next day or two then head out Tuesday for a 1600 mile shakedown cruise

What amp hr are your LifePo batts?

Last winter we installed 3 x 200ah LifePo house batteries, 60#s each. The 3 AGM batts that came out weighed 160#s each. We’ve done 2 multi-day trips and thousands of miles with them and love their improved performance.

    Be safe and enjoy.

I got my Lithium batts from BatteryHookup.com

They listed the batteries as 32AH each so I should be around 350 to 384 Ah. Hope it works well.

Hoping to trade up in a couple years so don’t want to do big upgrades

1st day wash, using On To Go DI unit with fresh resin and using Mr Pink with Foam canon foamed on soap then scrub then DI rinse, Used rite around 5 gallons of water. 2nd day waxed the bus using Meguiar’s Carnauba wax using a 5 inch Porter Cable Orbital buffer with a foam pad. It was some work but worth it, Did it all under cover, so not so bad

Just finishing up my front nose upgrade project. Changed to 2 windshields, lower front cap, and bumper. If I wasn’t insane before I started, I am now. Need some help finishing off the headlights. I would appreciate is someone with these headlights could flip one down and take a picture so I can see how and where the seal is to be mounted. Did not get much help on this from Prevost.
    Thanks

It’s been a busy spring for us! We stayed In Florida longer than usual getting things done to the bus. We had the clearcoat issue fixed as well as any chips or scratches fixed and the whole bus clearcoated. Both windshields replaced, 2 wheel seals replaced as well as, before AAP went belly up, 2 rebuilt cruise airs. We bought a third for back up. While having paint work done, we sent our air arms to Zipdee to be rebuilt. Found our Generator turbo was burning oil and discovered the turbo seal was out. Yanmar had discontinued the Turbo in December. So I found a place in Ocala that rebuilds them.

After 2 months everything is done and we finally made it back home. Glad to be home in “cool” Wisconsin.

first test run on all electric rad fan system. Ran a little bit higher than I had hoped for. Turbo boost and performance improved allot. +15 on turbo..noticable increase in power.. Don’t do as I do.. I assume the risk of failure and have plan b-c-d-back to factory set up. So far looks like there is a little tweaking to be made.. Bob. Grade C- so far
