Wife is happy. This caliper pin won’t come out

so I failed is my efforts to convert to all electric fans on rad/cooling. Not reliable enough in 90F weather. Today I reinstalled the stock system.. had the cfm– Had the volume–really increased boost—Just a c+ overall. Not enough for me. Just thought I’d share this experiment. Bob

For those of you folks with a Country coach and have the ECC in Bay 1. I have started the process to reverse Engineer all my boards in case I need to build new ones or troubleshoot them. I am 3D modeling in a Program called Solidworks. This board shown is my Hydronic heating card in slot 18.

How many fans did you use? What did it look like

Yesterday I dropped my drums off to be turned. I will also be dropping my tag axle discs to be turned.
I might remove the entire caliper assembly and take it to the brake shop to have the bottom caliper pin removed. A few people said just leave it as the caliper slides, but I want it done right. So I choose to be complicated.
I am still pending pricing for all my brake parts, and air bags, air lines and shocks. I hope to wire wheel the frame in areas today and put a rust converter on those places and then paint. So much to do so little time

On page 28 of the 66 page Meritor mx manual for cam brakes it states: Do not turn or rebore a brake drum

Did you do a separate thread on your electric radiator fan project? I think many of us would be interested in how you tackled it and how it worked or didn’t work out.

I might be very interested in your board project. My Webasto heat will not send heat to the bays or to zone 3 (bed/bath) areas. The bays are not getting any heated fluid but I have yet to determine if the bedroom is but only needs power to the fan. Jeff at ETLC said he could see it calling for heat and guessed the board needed to be rebuilt. I don’t know what that involves or how to know if it would resolve anything but when we get back to Vegas and some warmer weather that what we are now seeing in Co. Springs, I might be able to take a look.

Ok, ill call them and tell them not to turn them.
I did drop off my discs to have to have them turned and dropped off my calipers to get the stuck caliper pin removed.
Also removed the rear brake lines and now need to go outsource some new ones.

Bill, regarding your internal heat, i would check the fan first. Basement heat is different. There is a thermostat somewhere in your bays that will call for heat if needed by opening a Solenoid valve.

Well my new fridge will be here next week.
Removed fridge by force. Installed 20 marker lights, 2 broke. Painted mud flap brackets and polished torque plates for rear disc brakes and sanded the seal surface smooth. cleaned ac filter under pantry, now all ac filters are clean.
found out the rivets on the engine harness above the engine broke and the box is sitting on the intake pipe. It was that way when I bought the bus I just didn’t know it

Buy new drums. Turning them is not recommended and they are cheap to buy anyway.
