Would ALTITUDE have anything to do with our issue. Everything else up here gasps for air, why not genset cooling electric fans
todays experiment will be to power electric blower externally again with access panel, genset side, removed with sound box door open, then shut to check amps in blower. Increased air flow thru the radiator via floor opening beneath genset, as well as the draw from ground at radiator could change things

Thinner air definitely has an impact on cooling. But it should only be viewed as a small contributing factor.
I’m not sure how it would explain shut down due to motor temps. Vantare has never had any posts or threads about the problem you are having so something is going on. I am sure a lot of coaches have been operated at higher elevations.

Well, its just a thought. Featherlite is supposed to call monday. In the meantime, just grasping at straws

After removing access door that separate genset from radiator, airflow being drawn up through floor under genset as well as draw from tunnel up from ground in column in front of genset, opersting temp was about 185
trying to kill two birds, i shut blower bay door three hoping there was enough air incursion to keep cooler air drawn to blower electric motor via short plastic conduit Chris created yesterday. Bay sealed up to tightly from our patchwork filling holes. So thermometer mounted blower box showed 52C where the motor quit
So one opening to fuel tank access we had pkugged is back open. Once again to try running everything as previous experiment, but cold front blew in with bus shaking winds, and a 23 degree temperature drop. Genset running at 185, blower box at 45C, enough cool air blower motor happy. We had to stop experiment after 47 minutes because we knew genset operation perfect below outside temp in the 50-60’s. So who knows if it will run during outside temps over 75
