Back to the topic of Emergency Road Service…and using your own time and money to locate a tow service in the area you broke down.
I’ve had to be towed twice in the past 6 years. When I broke down, I was all in a tizzy…not because of the incident but because both times I was on busy highways…once during rush hour and the other time right past an entrance on ramp. Cars and trucks whizzing by and trying to squeeze over. It wasn’t fun.
I just wanted help then and there. Luckily, it was just a phone call to Coach Net and they were on it. In minutes I had a police car directing traffic that Coach Net sent. If I had to spend my time searching for the right towing company…well, I just won’t ever have to do that. I’ll have Coach Net forever I believe.

I think the mobs in the NYC area gave up. They couldn’t compete with the politicians.

Sorry Jimmy, I hijacked it. I was going to say your dues would be reduced, but can’t go with a negative number.

I have USAA/Progressive insurance on the bus and they told me roadside assist was part of the policy. Asked a few “are you sure” questions and got correct answers.
Am I missing something?

I have used AAA for a few years and had no problems with them, so far. I was with Good Sams prior to that but we parted ways after they refused to help out with a flat on my stacker trailer I was pulling.

Had Good Sam but they denied my first claim as pre-existing.
Have had Coach Net and have used them on other Motor Homes they have always done a great job.

In the worst case, towing, they asked all the right questions and sent the exact monster wrecker with an amazingly skilled and careful employee for the job. You get what you pay for.

Used Coach Net, but have switched to FMCA Road Side Assistance.

On NTCS tire program everyone is automatically put on their Michelin On Call Program. This is a call out program so you pay as you go but at a discounted
Price. Plus if you have a flat tire they will bring the size you need and only charge you the discounted price. Just thought you should know.

Whiched form Coach Net to FMCA Road Assit, Coach Net refused to furnish lock out service for my toad, there pamphlet stated so, but they just drop that service. So I switched.

Dick,
Supposedly the FMCA is faster than Coach Net. We had no problems with Coach Net.
Sorry for the slow response. Have not visited the board in a week.
