Greg believe it or not Florida is not perfectly flat! It’s not mountainous but not flat either.

As for the radiator seal? I made a frame out of 3/4 inch PVC tubing and wrapped it with the largest pipe insulation HD had. I used the foam RUBBER type not just the foam type. It’s split for easy on but I used duct tape in numerous places around the whole thing. Once done I pressed it against the perimeter of the radiator and my radiator frame has threaded holes where the shutter was attached. These holes provided me a place to slip some zip ties thru and around the rubber coated PVC pipe. It’s a tight fit and sealed very well!
