If you lose a generator pray your inverters are set to handle the load while driving. Then pray none of your house A/C units quits because depending on location it can get uncomfortable. We all face that issue BTW.

If I did not have OTR I would do exactly what you do which is to start the generator and turn every AC unit on.

I suspect that is why I have 4 inverters in my Liberty. I think it will run 3 Cruise Airs off of inverter power, but I have not yet tried it. I usually run only 1, sometimes 2 with the dash air. I have been able to stay cool so far while driving, and most of the time while parked.
