I met Victor at ETLC previously and last night he tells me about this great guy who works there, thought his name was ED and how he was so helpful. I explained that ED was just there pretending to work and enjoying the free electric and doughnuts.

Victor is correct, his dues are now lifetime free.

Dump Truk is trying desperately to make new friends he bribes with PC goodies to attempt to get people who will come to his aid when more illegal holding tank dumping events take place and are reported here.

Does this ED guy need a doctor’s prescription for his “donuts”? Usually people don’t post their medical conditions on a public forum. If the “donuts” last more than 4 hours does he need to contact his physician?
