Bill, those are some fine looking Audi’s. I run kind of old school “American Iron”. I converted one of my Nascar tour cars after I retired from pro racing in ’06 to run in SCCA. I can run as GT-1, GT-2 or SPO. I usually run as SPO because I don’t like rules. Am fast and competitive, but run when I feel like it and it has to be fun. Daytona is FUN. I,m sure we’ll cross paths somewhere….Sebring in Nov maybe ? Geo.

Recently, I have received a few questions from members about selling their prized possessions (cars,motorcycles, motor coaches, airplanes, blimps, custom golf carts, etc.). Carlisle Auctions is very unique in the way that we offer “Free Unless Sold” thats right, I’ll say it again “Free Unless Sold”!! To enter a vehicle in the auction, it simply costs $250-$400 (depending on the time) and if the vehicle does not sell, we will refund your money! No harm No Foul!!

With a comment like that I sense we are nearing the point where we need to have another Bling contest. The last one was many moons ago at Santa Fe Skies, and the judge was an 80 year old woman.

Roger “The King of Bling” Foster walked away with the title, but I got gyped because I had to do all the work on his bus. In fairness however he did provide the disco ball and the diamond encrusted belt buckles that scrolled “King of Bling”.in LED lights

If Roger can get his hands out of his customer’s pockets long enough he may want to add to this conversation. Sounds like another event at the Air and Coach rally.

I am so glad that you will be joining us in Lakeland. You are my all-time
FAVORITE coach and I fell in love with you several years ago. You were in need of
a new partner out in Auburn, IN and I was introduced to you at the Auctions
America auction. Unfortunately, you were just a little out of my sophistication
(aka price) range. Then I was happy to see you again at Parliament and you
looked as stunning as ever. Trust me I have not forgot about you and I am
elated that our paths will cross again.

I am very pleased to announce that Aubrie Atwell will be
joining our Air and Coach Concours team. Aubrie has worked for Carlisle Events for
more than 8 years. Her official title is Sponsorship and Event Coordinator however,
over the past few years Aubrie has done many things within our Company and has
done them exceptionally well. Not only will her organizational skills surpass
both Tim (sorry Tim) and I’s, but I’m sure everyone will love her smiling face and
upbeat personality as well.

PC’s responses have been overwhelming in the last few days, so it was only natural to further expand the team. Aubrie
has shown an interest in the Air and Coach Concours from the beginning and she
is very excited to be a part of the team. Honestly, I think she just took on the responsibility
so that she can get out of PA in November and February. Either way it will only
hope to ensure that all of you are going to be a part of a spectacular and well organized
event.

Please give Aubrie a warm welcome to the Prevost Community!

Good Evening PC,

First, I wanted to welcome Aubrie as well and yes she will keep both Bill and I organized and I know you all will love her (Aubrie Ill let you know where to send the money for that one- LOL).

Just a quick update from my end, I wanted to let everyone know that as of today we have partnered with Fat Point Brewery who will be supplying craft brew for your event!!!! Now who doesnt love beer????? also Im very pleased to announce that we have booked Blues Hall of Fame guitarist Skip Frye, he will be joining us on Thursday evening for some out of this world guitar playing and blues with he and his wife Nancy!!!

Thats all for now! Ill keep you posted on further updates. For those that have not received a phone call from me as of yet, I apologize, but I will be dialing tomorrow for sure! Can’t wait to speak to everyone and hear about your wonderful summer adventures.!!!!

Ok so you will hear it first. Burt Reynolds will be joining
us at the Fall AutoFest November 13^th and 14^th! The
contract was just signed and the press release is being written now. I will
post it as soon as it is finished. In the Spring Carlisle Auctions sold a
Bandit Trans Am formerly owned by Mr. Reynolds for nearly $200,000. It’s
amazing how much excitement still circles around a movie that is almost 40
years old. Speaking of movies, Burt himself will be introducing our Saturday
night movie. It will be Smokey and the Bandit of course and how cool will it be
to watch it with the man himself.

I know that we have already mentioned the duPont Registry joining
us as well with the Cars and Coffee. I just want to say that I cannot wait for
this element of the event to take place. It is going to be amazing to have that
caliber of cars at our event. The folks at duPont are honestly going overboard
with the promotion of this event for both November and February. The excitement
is already huge and will just be continuing to build. Tim and I will be
attending the duPont Registry Cars and Coffee early on Saturday October, 17^thin St Petersburg, FL. We will be leaving early to get back to Lakeland for the
Heacock Insurance Lake Mirror event. If you have not been, this is another must
see event. In addition to all of the cars, seeing vintage wooden boats on the
lake is spectacular. If any of you are in the area please reach out and join us
for either or both of these events. Remember you can stay at the Sun n Fun
facility anytime for $350 per night plus tax.

I would also like to thank everyone for the amazing support.
Tim and I have both signed up several more coaches already this week. Please remember
that if you are planning to attend please sign up. I would much rather have you
cancel and give a refund than to not have properly planned for your arrival.

Burt Reynolds to Appear at Fall Florida AutoFest in
Lakeland

The Bandit Onsite Friday and Saturday of Event Weekend

LAKELAND, FL – Carlisle Events has been promoting
automotive events in Florida since the fall of 2012 when it hosted Fall
AutoFest in Zephyrhills. After three
years and six increasingly popular events, the Pennsylvania-based company had
no choice but to move to a modern day, large scale facility. With the SUN
‘n FUN complex in Lakeland tapped
as its new home, Carlisle Events is preparing to host Fall Florida AutoFest, November 12-15. This event already hosts a bevy of automotive
and aeronautical excitement and now, Carlisle Events is pleased to announce a
two-day appearance by the legendary Burt
Reynolds.

Reynolds
is a long-time star of stage and screen, appearing in nearly 200 films
including Stroker Ace, Hooper, Boogie Nights, Mystery Alaska,
Deliverance, Longest Yard, Dukes of
Hazzard and Cannonball Run. He
was a popular guest host on The Tonight
Show and starred in the television series Out of this World and the fondly remembered Evening Shade, which is considered one of the best comedies ever
written. Although Reynolds’ name and
face has graced many worthy movies, he will forever be remembered as the
charming, devil-may-care Bo “Bandit” Darville in the 1977 pop culture hit Smokey and the Bandit.

Still a
working actor at the age of 79, Reynolds has a number of movies due to be
released in the next year. He continues to pursue his love of teaching at The Burt Reynolds Institute for Film and
Theatre. Recently, Reynolds was awarded both the Georgia Film Legend Award and the Film Florida Legends Tourism Ambassador Award. In September he
became the only actor to be inducted into the Stuntman Hall of Fame. Reynolds is actively involved in charity
work including a partnership with the Dream
Car Giveaway group. His association
with the Dream Car team is partially what brings him to Fall AutoFest. He would love to see one of his fans win the
beautifully restored and autographed 1979
Trans Am being offered through the Bandit Dream Giveaway Sweepstakes,
proceeds from which will benefit a number of worthwhile charities as well as
the building fund of the Burt Reynolds Institute.

This is
actually the second time that Carlisle Events is doing business with Reynolds
in 2015. Earlier in the year, as part of
Spring Carlisle and its auction, the Carlisle Auctions team sold for $181,900,
a 1977 Bandit Trans Am that was owned by none other than Reynolds himself. The sale gained international attention and
proved to be the top selling car of the spring auction.

Along
with the Bandit Dream Car, the Bandit himself and tens of thousands of guests,
the Smokey and the Bandit theme will continue with a replica of the Snowman’s
rig from the movie as well as a replica police car representing one that Jackie
Gleason/Sheriff Buford T. Justice drove.
In all, it’ll be a weekend for not only car lovers but also movie lovers
and fans of Burt Reynolds alike.

Reynolds will be onsite Friday and Saturday of Fall Florida AutoFest hosting multiple
autograph sessions. Friday’s session is from 1
p.m. to 4:30 p.m. and Saturday’s
is from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. In addition, Reynolds will return to the
complex after a brief break Saturday evening from 6:45 p.m. to 7:45 p.m. to introduce a drive-in movie screening of Smokey and the Bandit. An autograph with Reynolds is free, but
limited per person and a fee will apply for any merchandise purchased at the

duPont REGISTRY to Join Carlisle Events for Florida AutoFest
Events
Cars and Coffee Creators Coming to Lakeland in November and
February

When Carlisle Events announced its move from Zephyrhills,
Florida to Lakeland, Florida, the purpose was to meet the demand of the
enthusiasts who helped outgrow the old Festival Park facility. Now, with the
luxurious and spacious SUN ‘n FUN venue in Lakeland set to host Carlisle
Events, Carlisle Auctions and Fall Florida AutoFest for the first time starting
November 12, Carlisle Events is pleased to announce the addition and inclusion
of the duPont REGISTRY to not only the first show in November, but also to the
February Winter AutoFest weekend as well.

The duPont REGISTRY has been churning out high end
automotive publications for three-plus decades and in recent years, has been
hosting events throughout Florida known as Cars and Coffee. These events bring
amazing cars to one central location and allow guests to spend a morning
browsing the cars and drooling over their cup of coffee. Of course coffee is
not required, but if it doesn’t provide a morning wakeup call of sorts, then
the cars most certainly will. Cars that take part in this showcase are in most
cases the best of the best and frequently are exotics and high end customs.

Over 300 cars are expected during each Cars and Coffee
showcase. For November, the event is Saturday, November 14 from 8 a.m. to 12
p.m. and in 2016, February 27 from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. The showcase takes place
at the Central Florida Aerospace Academy (CFAA) on the SUN ‘n FUN grounds just
off Medulla Rd. and registration is just $25 and can be paid directly to the
duPont team at the show on Saturday morning.

In addition to being part of this event, Cars and Coffee car
owners will receive a discounted bidder pass to the Carlisle Auctions offering
on November 13 and 14 (February 26-27 for the 2016 event). With the Cars and
Coffee event Saturday morning and the auction starting Friday, anyone
interested in taking advantage of the discounted bidder pass for Friday and
Saturday should contact Carlisle Auctions in advance at 717-960-6400 and
reference the Cars and Coffee/Fall AutoFest Auction discount. Finally, proceeds
from this Cars and Coffee event will be donated to the CFAA, helping further
support the academy and its students.

“I have been fortunate enough to be a part of many fantastic
partnerships during my time with Carlisle Events,” noted partner Bill Miller,
III. “Our company has worked from one side of this country to the other over
the past 40+ years and I can unequivocally say that I am most excited about
this one,” continued Miller. “I have literally grown up reading the duPont
REGISTRY and now we are actually working hand-in-hand with this great company.
How exciting is it to be able to add this element to our event and at the same
time showcase our incredible automotive hobby to the kids who are pursuing a

second weekend in November and then to do it all over again in February.” This
event is just one of many taking place at SUN ‘n FUN in November. In addition,
there is a two-day collector car auction backed by Carlisle Auctions, an Air
and Coach Concours promoted by Prestige Aviation and Parliament Motor Coach,
yet another car show running Saturday and Sunday backed by Carlisle Events, a
unique Russian boat used during the Cold War era space race and even more
classics on display via the Dream Car Giveaway Group. While each car show has a
registration price point, as does the Air and Coach Concours, for spectators,
it’s all just $10 per day to enjoy.
