Don’t wait folks………..click on the box at the top right of the main forum page and the form to register will pop up. Let’s show up in large numbers, towing our classics, or an empty trailer so you can buy a classic at the auction.

The pilots among us can all lie about our flying skills, and we get to see a lot of neat planes.

There is nothing more fun than getting together where there is going to be buses, cars, and planes. And Florida weather in November is perfect.

I filled out the form again.

Did not hear yet from the first form but they probably aren’t ready yet to send out info.

I spoke with Carlisle yesterday and they will be responding to the forms in the next day or two. We’re trying to get the registrations on PC to make things easier.

This is is going to be a great event.

Apart from the obvious attractions being great cars and airplanes, the organizers are working hard to create an agenda that is going to be great. When they have more of the event agenda in place we will post that information.

This is a must see event. Don’t miss it.

I have signed up. They called me Friday and will be calling all registrants next week with details and credit card info.

The best reason to sign up and plan on attending is Tom and I will be there to collect dues. That way you all will save the cost of a stamp.

Just kidding. Actually, if you attend we will waive the requirement to pay next year’s dues.

Signed up….not bringing coach. Found round trip air non stop ticket KC to Tampa $384. With the savings I’ll be able to pay PC dues in full this year.

Do you guys accept cash ?

    Hello Prevost Community,

    My name is Bill Miller
III and I am one of the partners of Carlisle Events. The early press release
listed above (which actually hasn’t officially been released do to a few major
upcoming announcements) does a good job of telling the brief history of us and
why we are producing an Air and Coach Concours.

Even though our first event will not take place until November
2015, the planning started nearly two years ago.I have had this vision for a
long time, but it was not until I went to the Sun-n-Fun facility in Lakeland,
FL for the first time, did it start to become a reality.

I would like to introduce all of you to Tim Wells. Tim is not
only a great friend, a fantastic team member at Carlisle Auctions, but he also
shares my vision and has been a part of the Air and Coach Concours since its
inception. The AaCC has the full backing and support of the entire 30+ Carlisle
Events Team, but Tim and I will be your direct contact. As our guests you will
have access to us day and night. With any thoughts, concerns or needs do not
    hesitate to call.

A quick “thank you” is in order to the Parliament Motor Coach
team. Ken Robertson has been a supporter of our idea and concept since the
beginning. In fact Ken and the rest of his team signed on early to be the
events primary sponsor. The entire crew of Ken, Ken, Richard, Marc and Karen
have been a great resource in the planning stages of this event.

Tom and Jon, I would personally like to thank you as well for
your recent support. I have been a member of Prevost Community for the past few
years and the two of you have created an invaluable resource to the owners of
these coaches. The knowledge that is focused in this small corner of the
internet really needs to be appreciated and cherished. I have made countless
upgrades, repairs and service decisions based directly from the members of this
forum. It is just a comfortable feeling knowing that we are not alone on this
wonderful journey of owning a coach.

So please ask away! We are here to listen and create what we
believe will be truly a one of a kind experience. Tim and I will use this forum
to let all of you know the many exciting updates as they happen and in real
time. Please check back often as we have a few big announcements coming in the
    very near future!

It is a pleasure to meet you and will be even more so in person
    this fall.

    CarlisleBill,

Do you have a pre-purchase ticket to attend with all access pass or something like that for entire event ?

    Not coming with bus.

We are really looking forward to this event. I wish I could bottle and sell the enthusiasm Bill and Tim bring to the table when they talk about what promises to be an outstanding rally.

All PC members should mark this on the calendar and we should see if we can make this a 200 coach event. (I think I heard Tim groan when he heard 200 coaches.) Remember……….if you sign up and attend, free dues for a year.
