Jon and I have been doing our best to make the Oysterfest happen, but in these crazy times it’s almost impossible to plan and make all the parts fall into place.
So, we have decided to move forward with the Rally, even though it won’t resemble anything previously. We hope you make plans to attend, all you have to do is make a reservation for your site with Pandion Ridge.

Wake up Mikee. You better bring that new bus to Orange Beach..

Any chance of having a sign up list for the rally?
Be nice to see who is going and their site number at the resort.
Be nice to have Royale’s in one spot Liberty’s together and Marathon”s together.
That way we could exchange first hand information on our buses and look at the particular item first hand.
Currently they have for dates April 14-19
14 deluxe sites Pull thru
5 Lakefront lake view pull-in
32 Boulevard Back-in off main roadway
18 Pine view Pull in sites
32 standard are back-in sites
All sites offer the same amenities

George, for now the sign up list is above. Given the time frame between now and the dates set a lot of people are not making a firm decision this early. For the two events above we can get a firm list because we get great cooperation from Pandion Ridge. They keep us informed about reservations.
We have no access to the attendee list for the Lakeland event since reservations are made through Carlisle. Sometimes we have gotten information, but we often will not know who is coming unless they post it or we see them when they show up. Parking at that event is first come-first served.
As to parking at Pandion Ridge they usually assign spaces. They have no idea who drives what conversion and unless a member lists their converter in their signature line, we don’t even know who drives what.
Personally it does not matter to me if I am surrounded by all different conversions because we all share the same interests and concerns and I would hate to see PC divided into cliques based on who has what conversion.

I was only suggesting conversion type parking to allow side by side comparison of one coach to another. I know the Royale have a lot of similarities but a lot of changes over the years before ceasing production. Just think it would be great to look at them in close proximity.
I notice a lot of conservation among conversion types talking about their bus and others relating mine is not that way.

Jon or Truc, Is Snotball Fest confirmed for April? should we make reservations? Happy New Year guys! Geo.

Geo, After the holidays I will post what I know the possible attendance will be, seeking further indications from people wanting to attend. At that point Tom and I along with the folks at Pandion are going to have to try to evaluate the levels of interest, the potential impact of the virus, what is going on with vaccinations, and the phases of the moon.
Short version……..we still don’t know what to think. Speaking personally I think regardless of calling it a formal oysterfest Di and I may go there anyway just to get some new scenery.

Jon,
Sheila and I plan to attend with the hope the new year will see better times.
All please stay safe. I now have four direct associates or friends gone from the virus. That statement seems surreal to me.
