Just for everyones information…Someone who will remain anonymus (Tom) went to dump before leaving and next thing I know my parking lot is getting flooded with rather unpleasant smelling fluids…..Photos are available for verification if needed…..
Then when the ED gave him a invoice (video taped) for enviromental hazards he was less than kind…

One time is understandable, 2 times you need to question the operator 🙂
Did his freshly cleaned shoes get soiled?
-
Is anyone else starting to see a pattern here?
My concern is no longer about a $30 pair of shoes, but the fact the H3 that is creating these problems for sewer systems all across America has several PC license plates prominently displayed.
Now I become less worried about the 10 year rule, and greatly concerned that PC members will not be allowed if every time that H3 dumps its tank it takes more men to deal with the overlow than it took to build the entire sewer system.

Ok, after our small disaster this morning, I have added an additional duty to the title of ED.
The additional designation will be Enviromental Director.
So not hiring another ED just adding duties to the current ED.
As will be seen from viewing the photos, Great care should be used when in the vicinity of the Sanitary Ejection Station.
Twice in one week is not a good sign and can get very costly.
The guilty party tried to lay blame with the Liberty Rose Petal collection tube.
So if you need to go to that area in the near future be very careful.
All has been cleaned and the guilty party has been ejected from ETLC Harthside Tennessee Resort and given an invoice for clean up and enviromental damage assessment and mitigation.
Notice the cleanup area in the back ground. The pump and vacume truck is just behind the coach.

no environmental impact fee.on that bill? Sounds like Tom got off easy.

It’s pathetic when so many enjoy the poor misfortunes of their friends.
Yes, I have had 2 poop tank misfortunes within one week, but none were my fault. Ya ya, I know, you’re laughing thinking it won’t happen to me.
For those of you with the Rhino sewer hose that think your hose is gorilla proof, think again. Take it apart and silicone the coupling that hooks to your dump pipe. Just ask Doug what happens when the coupling comes apart, I never saw a guy run so fast, in the opposite direction I might add.
For those that were present with coffee squirting out their noses laughing, your day will come, I hope I’m there.

Tom,
Yikes sorry to hear of your bad luck. The only issue I have had is when I hit the out button too many times and blew the end off the hose. Luckliy for me it wasn’t while I was dumping and I was able to fix if before dumping.
Do you think your coupler was loosened by extending it to dump?
I watched the latest Marathon video and they show that you should just extend it one push and then just pull out what you need which is not the way I was trained.
Hang in there!
Bill

Now I wonder what ETLC’s ED is using to fertilize the pretty flowers….

-
Tom I have felt you pain before, and as you say use silicon on the fitting. I didn’t know that I could move that fast either, and your correct a lot of fun was had at my misfortune.
-
Do you guys actually get any work done at ETLC, or just hang out and give each other crap?
I think my first trip will be to see Jeff. I’m sure I’ll learn a thing or twenty about my coach, and maybe put some faces to the names around here.

Tom, I can no longer remember the name of the park in Pennsylvania, but I can see the site in my head where we were staying when I went to dump my black tank on the Monaco we used to own and one of the ears holding the hose to the outlet on the side of the coach broke off. Because that thing had a plop-and-drop toilet I didn’t get brown water coming out, I had to dodge solid missiles. After the initial shock wore off I had to go around in front of God and everyone and pick up those missiles for disposal and then wash the coach.
Same coach, different trip. The scene is Kentucky, visiting Mammoth Cave. I can also see the site in my head where this happened. It’s time to leave and before I dump the tanks I figure I will fill and flush the black tank for maximum cleaning. What I didn’t think about was the volume already in the tank when I hooked up the water hose and walked away. I came back quickly when Natalie started yelling inside. I had actually filled up the entire tank which then relieved its pressure by bubbling up from the toilet and overflowing down the hall. Park exit was delayed as we mopped up the liquid and poured bleach water randomly around the coach to kill the germs that caused the stink.
So, you are not alone!

I’m pretty sure if Tom had his smartphone handy all he would have had to do was press a button to stop the flow, right Karl?
