When we bought our 2005, in early 2010 we asked for the service records and were furnished them, from the original owner, Service records are a timeline to the coachs history, From every warranty issue to normal service and to the occasional breakdown, All information on upgrades, I found out the coach had very expensive upgrades done in 2008 at the Liberty shop in Chicago, without this information I would have figured that what was in the coach came with it when new! Again in 2014 we had lots of upgrades done at Jeffs Place, The only record that I did not have was the new tires I had put on at Jeffs last November, since they went thru the Michelin program the only record was my credit card bill which I did not include with the records, fortunately All any one has to do is look at the date codes on the tires. Reading the records is sort of like reading a book on some ones life, In my case I would stop reading and say to my wife you are not going to believe the upgrades or guess what happened in 2007, Records, good records show the coaches history, albeit good or bad, Gary
