I do plan on keeping this coach for a while and am looking at replacing as much as possible while at it. What I am working on now is a detailed list of what I need to order from Prevost. I did list the shocks and Norgren valves but had not considered the leveling valves but that is a good idea as well. I will also replace the air lines and fittings to the air bags and valves as well.
Thanks again for all the help I get here!!!

Well I broke down and ordered almost $20000 worth of air bags, shocks and valves from Prevost this morning. I guess I know what I am going to be working on for a while!!!

Tom, be very careful and do not even think about getting uder your coach unless you have it very well supported under the chassis support points. Before you even begin you need to raise it as high as possible on the existing air bags because removal and replacement of the air bags is facilitated by having them extended.
If you need any info don’t hesitate to post the questions here or email me.
Plan on having to pull the steer axle tires, and at least the outer drive axle tires. The devil will be in the details so the most critical step in the entire process is making sure all the fittings you re-install are tight and leak free. I have not had good luck with teflon thread tape, but I have had very good success with a white teflon thread dope I got from my local NAPA store.
Not to add to your workoad or your cost, but the diaphragms in your brake chambers are rubber and if they fail you may be stuck having road service, or otherwise dealing with compromised brakes. As long as you are pulling as much apart as you are to do the air bags, have you given any thought to replacing brake chambers? If you know them to be new, don’t bother, but if they are old or even original you may be on borrowed time.
