This is not the first time I’ve heard bad things about Dazzling, buyer beware..

I had used them in the past at both Petoskey, and St. Lucie West and had good results. This was a cluster for sure.

Is this Dazzling outfit a franchise operation? Any local affiliate of a franchise operation is only as good as the local owner and their team.

Could the PC map be used to identify and rate various vendors and service providers like reviews on hotels and the Amazon web site for products? Or maybe it does that already.

There is no Dazzling Detailing franchise that I can find, but they are located all over the country so they are either company owned operations or a bunch of copycats.

Dazzling Detail is owned by Paul Newman(Central Florida), he has crews working East Cost, North Michigan and Florida for over 20 years.

There are a lot of reviews across a lot of forums regarding Dazzling Detailing. A lot are very favorable, but there is a fairly large number that involve scheduling issues, comments to the customer that parallel what Mark experienced, and the number of those made me feel very uncomfortable with having them as a advertiser. I admit I cannot be objective because I don’t want people touching my coach, and especially walking on the roof or using a power washer. But if I ignore the negative comments about the quality of the work there was a lot more than I would expect about a very poor attitude about showing up as promised, redoing work that was not satisfactory, and the worst for me was how some employees talked to a customer. Mark was not alone in his experience.

i wanted dazzling detailing to be in Naples and fort Myers

terrible stories I regret that decision .

Dazzling Detailing in fort Myers and Naples
because of the same issues .
We service all of Florida , petoskey mi , and soon some of Texas .I would like you to know I take the issues very seriously and am doing everything I can to put an end to them . I cannot tell you we have never had scheduling issues in the past or that we will not ever have one in the future . I can however tell you that we are working very hard at not having these problems and always will . As far as what goes on in breakenridge I unfortunately have no control over that area and I want to let you know that none of the people that work for me would ever treat a customer disrespectfully in any way or they wouldn’t be here any longer .

Thanks to Mr. Newman for taking the time to follow up on this issue. It is nice to see that someone cares, and it is unfortunate that his company name is being used by the other guy.

As I stated earlier, I have had good luck with them at other locations, and I will consider using them at those spots if and when we get back there.

You have a problem. Dazzling Detailing comes up on a lot of internet searches, and as long as there are at least two different unrelated companies doing business under that name there appears to be a 50/50 chance anyone wanting to hire that company can get one like the one Mark discussed in his first post.

As soon as I read Mark’s post I did a search and as my post said there are a lot of negative comments and until I read your post above I did not know there was an unrelated company of the same name. Some of the posts I read this morning did in fact mention your name, both favorably and unfavorably. You responded to one thread that was especially critical. My point is there might be two issues you should address. Stop the other company from using your company’s name, or at least change yours. But also recognize if you do not satisfy the customer the internet is a pwerful tool for spreading the word, both good and bad.

As a businessman you somehow need to differentiate yourself from other companies because right now I cannot say for sure if I wanted Dazzling Detailing to do work on my coach how I would get the right one.

Have you considered becoming an advertiser and in your ad or on your web site make people aware yours is the “original” and how a customer can be assured of dealing with your company and not a different one?
