    Mark,

We appreciate the tip on Signature CoachWorks as well. We are going to be in the area next week as well and might check to see if they have time to look at a couple things.

    Thank you,

    Chris

Just left Signature coach works and had a GREAT experience! Those guys are true professionals, they worked me into their harried schedule and fixed my issue. They ALSO found a pulley that was out of tolerance leading to possible issues with belt loss and subsequent engine overheating. They had the pulley overnighted from Prevost, made the repair, fixed my hot water and leak and had everything done a day early.. The bill was far less than was expected as well.

KUDOS to these guys! Anyone in the LA area should use them! I just wish they were closer to Dallas .

BTW after leaving LA we came up to Malibu RV park. Bottom line…..don’t bother! When we made reservations here we stupidly did not ask pricing as we figured it would be along the lines of other RV parks maybe a little higher —- WRONG! Not only is the space a dust storm parking (no asphalt) but the power doesn’t hold the AC’s well and the spaces are EXTREMELY tight for a Prevost. Oh,, and the price?

How does $300 bucks a NIGHT grab you? We attempted to cancel and go somewhere else but being the 4trth of July weekend we are stuck. Oh, well next time ASK – so thats on me!!

Thanks again for the suggestion of Signature Coachworks guys – They are the REAL DEAL.

What did Signature determine was your problem with the water?

$300 a night? The guy who owns that RV park is laughing all the way to the bank!

Actually he is laughing at the folks that pay that price. I’m fairly certain for that money you could get a nice hotel room on the beach, and if you wanted to you could dry camp in your coach in the hotel parking lot and still be money ahead.

I stayed at the Malibu RV park back in 2011. Excellent view. I don’t remember the rate being outrageous.

They have a beautiful view and are located on a high embankmant above highway 1! This park is just down from Pepperdine University.

Not in Malibu on the fourth of July unfortunately. Next time I will read the small print about Holiday up charges.

I DO have a beautiful panaromic view of the Pacific and the fireworks show though….
