When I got approved with vin, etc. i depressed proceed and the link fails 404. Bob grote

7/27/19 8:52 failed again to sign in. For what it`s worth sent email to https://www.tsdlogistics.com/contact/email-us/ reporting results.

I suspect (i.e. guessing) the link is faulty. Like having a really bad ground. Appears Tom is traveling and Jon is all over this. I’m sure he’ll get it fixed in shortly order.

I just clicked “Fuel Discount”, clicked TSD, my current vin was filled in, I clicked submit and then proceed. Went straight to TSD application form, no problem.

Using a Macbook, Safari and AT&T data program.

Our web guy found the problem, TSD had made a change on their form link address yesterday and we didn’t know it. Should be working now, a permanent fix will be worked out on Monday.

Just to be clear, their forms are not interactive, you have to print, complete the forms, scan and send to them via email or by fax. I did it on Wednesday and it was handled immediately and card sent.
