    Hello Al,

We are just about a week and a half away until delivery. I’m so excited I can’t hardly sleep at night.

Liberty Coach will post all the pics on their site and I will try to post them here too. I will need a quick course in the electronic world as I still have a flip phone and I don’t text (no laughing please). :o)

I’ve been kiting checks so by the time they all land, three years will have passed! LOL! What Liberty Coach? Ha!

You know the time is getting even closer when it’s time to get insurance. Talking to the PC member insurance agency has gotten us a competitive quote but it is a little staggering compared to our previous coach. But, it’s good to have insurance for that catastrophic event. We’re checking a couple of other sources.

The cost of having fun in one of the top three highest quality coach conversions is a commitment for sure.

We did make one change on the tile backsplash in the half bath, it will be the same elongated tiles that will be in the rear bath. Originally, we chose a harlequin shaped tile and decided to go with a cleaner look.

Jim and Marijane, it looks like we will be in Naples the weekend of Nov. 7-9th as our coach delivery date has been pushed back a week. There was a fabric that was on back order and the coach will need to be serviced by Liberty. We will be staying at the Pelican Lake RV resort which is near our friends who live in Naples.

We have secured insurance with Miller Insurance, an advertiser here on PC. We received the PC discount and even without it, they were still very, very, competitive. The agent, “S”, was so nice and pleasant to work with.

They are the only insurance company that mentioned an additional discount if I take the AARP Safe Driver course which is an 8 hr. course on the computer. I’m going to take it and have 30 days to produce the certificate. Even without the discount, I’m curious about the course and I’m looking forward to it.

The delivery date is getting so close I can smell the new interior!

    Jim and Marijane,

It would be great if our tracks cross, I would like to see your coach too. Interesting about the movie, would like to hear more about that.

She produced and had a role in the movie “Grace” showing at the Naples international film festival, shows are Saturday and Sunday & I believe there are still tickets available.

We took delivery of the new coach today.

WOW, what a learning curve I’ve got in front of me. Everything went well, more ‘classes’ tomorrow and a test drive. We’ll start staying in the coach tomorrow night.

If you want to see all the pics (much better than I could take), they are on the Liberty Coach website.

It’s coach #787. I had a central vac installed along with a ‘see vision’ system so I can look around the coach at night through the camera’s (from the bedroom). I also wanted a Jenn Air fridge rather than the regular GE or Sub Zero normally installed. They had no problem with my requests.

    I appreciate the nice comments.

The paint design and color were so much more beautiful in person. The camara just can’t capture the intricate design and suttle paint designs mixed in. We are very pleased.

I did not realize that the coach came with snap-on screens for the outside windows (driver window/entrance door). The front window has the sun-block automatic mesh and black-out shade on the inside. The interior driver’s window and front door have the automatic black-out shades on the inside. Lots of choices I guess.

We have built-in WiFi for the I-pads/coach. Lots of learning ahead.

    MM,

    Congrads…. on your new bus.

Went over to the Liberty site. It does have the WOW factor for sure. Your choice for interior is excellent. Gives you

the opportunity to change accents and get a new look a couple of years, great choices.

Both Mary Ellen and I ….WOW
