Turn over is common in that shop the tour operator find a good tech they hire out from under Prevost but I would watch the cost, they got big time for a set of A frames I probably did not need

Just an update on my visit to Prevost Mira Loma. I agree that Dave, the alignment technician, is excellent. He worked at normal pace taking care in performing the alignment and replacing an A arm. I mention “working at a normal pace” because some technicians on the day shift seemed to spend more time standing around than working. Nate, the night shift lead, was on top of what was happening in the shop and provided guidance as necessary.
We now have a new front suspension and the coach handling is greatly improved. I was uncomfortable with the process of “selling the rebuild” . The initial inspection with the technician indicated.that only a few things needed to be done. When the estimate was produced it included everything except tie rods. Then later the tie rods were added. I do not disagree that the work was necessary, only that the selling process was uncomfortable.
A plus is that Luis, who deals with older XLs, solved an air leak problem that has been bugging us since we had the front air bags replaced by Taylor Coach. A leaking fitting on the right front air bag was allowing the coach to fall on its nose after 15 hours. Jacksonville did not catch this.. In all fairness to Jacksonville, they did find other leaks.
I would go back but I would keep an eye on the bill.
