I have a quick question about the NAPA card so I am jumping into this thread about card use rather than start a new one.
I pulled out my card this morning because it looks like I am going to have to buy batteries for my stacker today. It expired 12/31/13.
How do I go about getting a fresh one?
Did they automatically send one and I missed it in the mail?

The card is still good. Your NAPA store needs the code on the back. This code is entered by the counter man bringing up your discounts.
Started as a one year renewal NAPA-AITA has gone to 2 year cards.
A very successful program with the exception of some independent stores not participating due to non qualifying sale requirements.
NAPA national owned stores are all enrolled. Some members had to source these stores in order to use the card.
You can renew your card online on PC site. Please use Prevost Community in ” company name” box

Napa stores don’t take them in my neck of the woods either. Stores are 20 miles each way and neither one of the Turkeys take them. Had the napa store closest we used pull a monthly expense report and we spent anywhere from 500 to 1000 bucks a month out here on my equipment and that’s evey month. Started taking my business to a closer indepentent sole owned store (13 miles) that gives me a jobber discount. There are happy to see us.

The local store here had never heard of it or seen the card. Was not interested in seeing the card but did offer a 10% discount on the two 27DC-2 Marine Deep Cycle batteries I needed. He was real nice about it.
He did not have them in stock and I am sort of glad he did not. Advanced had them $10-15 cheaper per battery. They may be lesser batteries but they are the same batteries that were in it when I got this trailer 2.5 years ago and they were now 6 years old.
Thanks for your help. I will go through the steps to get a new card.
