When the coach has been sitting overnight and I walk up to it in the morning from the outside, the keyfob will not unlock the door the first try. I have to hit lock/unlock a couple of times to wake the system up.
When I’m on the inside after a good nights sleep, I will hit the unlock button to the right of the front door on the wall, it will not work until I turn the ignition key to acc. to energize the system. I then turn the ignition key back off.
This will work normally until the next morning as the system will then go back to sleep.
Prevost has looked at it three times and has turned off my alarm system. If I just unlock the entrance door manually from the inside, it will make the alarm go off when I open the door. I guess I need to make a ‘4th’ attempt but now we have just gone out of warranty 2 days ago. LOL!

Is it a Prevost issue or a Liberty issue? Have you talked to Troy or Bill at Liberty about it?
If its a Prevost issue, you’ve had it at Prevost a number of times to fix while under warranty, it still isn’t fixed … it will be interesting to see if Prevost continues to deal with it as a warranty issue.
I wonder if other owners of new Liberty’s have the same problem.

Troy seemed to think it was a Prevost issue and so did Prevost, twice at Goodlettsville and once at Mira Loma.
I’m going to be out of town for a couple of months so I won’t be able to take it to Prevost anytime soon. I’ll try after the first of the year.
Prevost has been wonderful in every other aspect of ownership.
