Tim, check with Jeff at ETLC. He has LED headlights for the four bulb systems.

They are really good and reach out a long way. I have just the low beams and they really brighten up the road.

Don’t even bother with the high beams, you won.t need them.

Tim the JW speaker lights are about the best since you have the four light system and are sealed beam that’s what all my trucks have

The leds don’t work that good in the ford bronco lens but about the best bulb to replace them with is the Sylvania silver star ZXE #35577 to replace the old 9004 bulbs unless you go with the HIDs and a conversion kit or Xeon

    Peter,

Any worries about running the LED light bars on the hi-way? I was wanting to add them where my bumper mounted fog lights are. That 34″ bar would look the space ship in Close encounters…

Never had a problem with them the XL s like yours will take the six inch ones combo model and be great, on the XLll in between the fog lights there is a grill and a lot of the entertainers put the long light bars in there and a lot of the tour bus we work on at are shop have them also in same spot, just have to turn them off if there is traffic around lots . Steve I have had them on all my coaches , I love them .

I have the Bronco lights and I installed the Rigid combos where my fog lights were and I love them. They are bright enough to make on coming traffic think my brights are on, but I use them all I can when traffic permits. The difference is amazing.

This was the look I was after which I did shortly after buying this bus. The turn signals are LED, low beams xenon, high beam halogen. Wiring was updated to keep day time run lights, chrome covers over headlight bezels, paint to match, I know the only paint color you see is around the bulbs but it needs to look original, then 3 coats clear.

The most challenging part of this upgrade were radius corners fitting which required fiberglass build up and a re-cut on stainless moulding. The second fitting allowed a flush mount against headlight door opening. Re-done back at X-Caliper , Sanford FL. Doug, can be proud of this detailed fitting upgrade.

Detail of workmanship is very important to me that it looks like an original headlight install.
