Rocky, we all get so excited posting stuff we let our fingers get ahead of our brains and we end up with typos, poor grammar, etc. All but BCO. He’s pretty good at posting stuff, but then again he is our resident wordsmith.

We’re like Hallmark……..it’s the thought that counts.

    Gil,

You are correct on the Diode. Troy said it was a 1 Amp Diode that keeps the Radio and TV from Popping. And

the Relay is a 12V Continous Duty Solenoid. Should be available at NAPA. I will get Me a couple of spares for Future

    Tivoli / House light failures.

BTW, The Diode is Polarity Sensitive. If it is placed backwards , It will dissappear ! Dont ask Me how I know this ! LOL

    Thanks,

    Rocky

    Rocky,

Did you ever get your watchdog problem resolved? What was the problem?

My watchdog shuts the generator off afrter it runs for about 1 second. Then the bottom red light comes on indicating an oil pressure failure. I replaced the oil pressure shutdown switch but to no avail. I sent it to Bill in Chicago and he re-programmed it and bench tested it and it passed. I wish I had another coach to put it in to further test it.

I had a generator battery overcharge condition. I was ready to have the alternator overhauled, new voltage regulater, all that stuff my mind said that would fix it. Well the problem was the ground cable from the battery was loose way back in the deep dark confines of the generator compartment.
