After registering for the Profit Tools fuel program and getting my cards, I put them in the coach where they stayed unused for months due to not being able to do any travel. Once we did get out on the road I used the cards and had no issues even though they were basically virgin for months.

I recently emailed Alicia to request a slight change to benefit my personal usage of the cards. Alicia responded immediately and after consultation with her management was able to take care of my request. I am very happy and grateful for this program and appreciate Alicia and the rest of thre Profit Tools team for the great customer service they have provided to date.
