    Triple F,

    Terri’s mom’s FMCA number is 3155, since 1969.

    We are 3155D2.

We belong to three local chapters and it’s all about the people, just like PC Community.

Ya gotta love an organization so focused on old folks that it posts a monthly magazine column called “Final Trip” in which they list the dozen or two members who kicked off in the prior month.

I guess I’m now within the FMCA target demographic, but I joined because membership used to be required to sign up for the Coach Net road service. Nonetheless, saving 10% at a couple of campgrounds each year covers the dues, and reading that column every month confirms that I’m still alive.

    Bryan,

I think FMCA had great potential, but to do so it has to get a much younger member. It has the potential to be the voice of the RVer and a lobbying organization to look out for the interests of RV owners, but instead I think right now it is fighting for its life.

Are you saying that as long as you keep your name out of print you will remain alive? You may have found the secret to eternal life.
