With apologies to Rick DeSilva it appears the Subaru is the geezer car of choice around here. In New England it is mandatory everyone has to own at least one Subaru, especially if the person is a tree hugger.
It is that way around here too. All the idiots seem to drive them. -

I called PASS last year in Albuquerque when I had a wheel seal problem. They sent me to the local Volvo dealer. I had a horrible experience there and will never go back.

Since Volvo owns Prevost they apparently are pulling strings. Guys in suits that make decisions wrongly assume since a bus is big it must be like a truck therefore a truck dealer is qualified.
As owners we end up learning things the hard way. Often it is best to contact other coach owners for advice regarding service in areas near where they live. It is not a bad idea to post questions on the forum, call others for advice, or pull up the service manual on the internet and make sure the service provider is willing to at least review it.

The Volvo Truck Centers in Phoenix sure works on a lot of Prevost buses there is always a lot full along with Volvo buses mostly from Mexico with the crazy looking tire system

For what it is worth, I’ve had good luck with Clarke Power Services in Ringold, Georgia for both Allison and Detroit service. I think there is a network of Clarke Power locations. I wouldn’t let these guys necessarily “in” my bus but they have been very good back in engine bay. Most recently they did the Allison transmission heli-coil fix where Prevost had stripped out several of the cover bolts. Pricing was reasonable and they did it in less time than their estimate.

Thanks for the information on Phoenix. Rather than tell me no, Freightliner in Avondale ignored me after I made a serval requests requests for a service writer. to look at my 60 series. The outlet was an RV Oasis but they want Freightliner business only. Another place in Phoenix for llight DD work is All Aboard America bus company in Mesa.
