Congrats and thanks guys, it has to be a labor of love for you two to put up with all of us.

Almost 30 years ago when we got our first Prevost it was just to be a way to travel in a stress free manner. But I think based on our average number of visitors most of us consider Prevost ownership as much, much more. It certainly has become a lifestyle and the number of friends we have gained because of our coach is mind boggling.
Now if I can figure out how to get even a little bit of the dues money I would be happy. But until then I have to grow my own food.
What I think would be interesting is the number of communications we don’t see between members. We know a lot of strong friendships have developed and between members there are a lot of phone calls, emails and get togethers.

I have to say the Prevost Communtiy website certainly convinced us to purchase a Prevost Coach.
Back then, in early 2014 when we first started looking at upper-end coaches, I started a small thread about horse power wondering of 500 hp would be enough for a 50,000+ coach.
We also were looking at Newell coaches that had 600+ hp.
I really didn’t know that much about either and this site helped guide us to a manufacturer that has a true ‘shell’.
Thank you guys so much for your input as it was greatly appreciated as I had so many questions and continue to learn from this site everyday.
Congrats Jon and Tom and Thank You!

Do each of us have a chronological number associated with our membership similar to our coach number?

Jon: “What I think would be interesting is the number of communications we don’t see between members.”
I don’t think you’re thick skinned enough for that. Just sayin’.
=======================
This website and Forum gave me the confidence that I could buy an older Prevost and not be fifty and hundred dollared to death (just a slow ten and twenty dollar discomfort).
The website and Forum have saved me much frustration (and a few tens and twenties) being able to deal with the issues that I can handle on my own, some of which the Forum persuaded me I could actually tackle on my own.
Without the Forum and Jeff Rowe … I’m not sure we would have been to keep the Prevost let alone buy it in the first place.
Keep up the good work!

Jimmy, the system has a number for every member, but we don’t use it. The numbers we would like are your SSN, credit card and DOB, but nobody seems willing to share.

I was an early adapter, thanks to a tip from Bob Glines, and I am proud as a peach to have nearly 4000 people follow me in. I have only met Jeff, Bob, Jon, Tom and a few others, but I count many of you as extremely helpful and knowledgeable friends.
My hat is off to Jon and Tom and my thanks to all of you.

Jon and Tom….Thinking about that 4000 member roster. What a business opportunity to sell PC plates! But alas, I don’t know how to get even one! A great chance to supplement your dues income is being missed.

Jon, Tom, and everyone on PC congrats.
Tom and Jon connected me with Boater AL back in 2012 and they all were very helpful in us buying our Bus.
Then Lauren and I decided to take a trip of a lifetime with our three kids at the time 13,10 and 7. We pulled them out of school for a year and spent 15 months on the road visiting every state except Hawaii. So many folks in big and small ways stepped up to help us plan and continue the trip. Thankfully, we didn’t have many issues but when we did… PC members I had never met called me to offer advice and assistance. In one case on the way to Alaska, a PC member sent his brother in a wrecker to check on us after we arrived in Banff.
I was explaining PC to a non-RVing friend… explaining the lengths that PC members go to help each other and he just couldn’t believe it.
I don’t think you guys could have picked a better name. Prevost Community. It really is a Community. As someone that doesn’t do anything Mechanical it is a huge comfort knowing that should I have issues or questions there is someone a post away that will reach out to help.
It’s not possible to put a price on that. And for that, Lauren and I and our entire family is incredibly thankful.

Well said Bill and what a terrific trip for your family, something that will never be forgotten. Nothing better than seeing our beautiful country up close and personal. What a trip that must have been… Good for you guys!!!
And you are sure right about the community… It is truly a great group of people. There are some who are nothing but trouble. But Jon and Tom have been trying to be better.

Jon and Tom, I too want to thank you for the opportunity to be part of such a well rounded group of people.
Thank you for all the time invested…..Truly a great Community.

Hey Jim, When you say “Well Rounded” I’m trying to figure out what you’ve been reading?

Oh ok… I thought when you said “Well Rounded” you were talking about Tom. He has put some weight on lately!
