    Just a reminder for those who run their house A/C while driving at one of our seminars the Inverter Service Company folks made it very clear that running A/C units through the inverters is hard on them. They agree if there is a need to run more than just driver’s air while traveling it is better to run the generator. Part of the reason is that in their opinion only the older Trace inverters were robust enough to handle the starting loads, and later model inverters may have similar ratings but are not as capable of handling the loads.

    Per & Tim,

    You should have an A/C Select switch that allows you to switch between the Salon and Galley A/C when using the inverters.
