Tom, I am sorry to inform you that is not Jdub’s home made ice cream machine, it’s Marathon’s newest modle macerator pump he had installed on his new ride.

I would like to be there to. Count me in.

Is that the model that lets them give a blast to obnoxious drivers around the coach while moving?

Called Twin Fountains RV park in OKC this morning to make reservations for Sept. 27 thru Sept. 29. No problem with that time period.

    Did learn the following;

There is a Newmar rally starting Oct 1, 2012.At this time there is no problem with having our group in one area. I went ahead and asked Barbara to block out 15 sites in one location at the park. Close to the main building if rain should be in the forecast.

Our group will be known as the 3 Amigo’s rally and Barbara has coded the 15 sites ” 3 Amigo’s “. Credit card to hold reservation at this time. Payment or card process at time of arrival.

Please call to hold your spot ASAP. ( hope I didn’t step on anyones toes doing the above set up )

I also signed up and am pleased that an internet friend who is a bus owner has signed up also.

Box Car Okie has a really neat Eagle and he is going to bring some class to the Three Amigos rally. He has a blog http://boxcarokie.com/ that shows some photos and if you read his blog you will see his coach finds its way into the discussion from time to time.

I don’t think he will charge any money for folks to listen to the sweet sound of his 2 cycle engine, but if he does don’t hold back. Those are still the nicest sounding engines made. If Dal J shows up along with the Hangman maybe we can get a symphony going.

BCO is unaware of just how twisted this group has the potential to be, and is likely to wonder about a group of bus drivers that play with sheep so I would urge good behavior at least for a while.

    Hey Jon,

Had a little trouble making the reservation, she could not find your name in the computer and it was beginning to look like a complete washout. Then I said, “It is a bunch of bus people, Prevo’s … The Three Amigo’s thing” (not to be confused with the Steve Martin classic filmed south of Blythe, California) and then she said … “Oh, Three Amigo’s, that is a list over here.”

    Got signed up.

I am not overly concerned about the people showing up and me being in a SOB. They told us all about that at Physcology School and typewriter repair and configuration 101. Our bucket of bolts old hoopie is now lined up to be parked next to you, can I run some aligator clips and wire over to your coach and do a download?

    Should be ok.

Absolutely, hook up your whoopie to our highway hostel. Work on some bling because from the post above I see the King of Bling has signed up. He will outshine us all because he has all the chrome in the world on his coach.

I still have to express concern about sheep however because JDUB now calls OKC home, making it easy for him and Mango to bring a herd of grass guzzlers to graze in Truk’s living room. Stick close and I will help you navigate around the cast of characters this rally is sure to attract. Whatever you do try not to take anything too serious.

Sheep, did someone say sheep? Glad to see people signing up for OKC, it will be big fun.

Hope you have a sense of humor….

Tom has part of it right. A sense of humor is required, and considering the list of attendees I would suggest thick skin may also help. Oh, also bring tools. I have never been to a rally of Prevost owners (and the occasional SOB) that did not involve a community effort in monkeying with someone’s coach. If I remember right the last time we were in OKC we changed one of Harry’s inverters and Paul got a new windshield, Roger got a tire fixed and maybe worked on his awning (not sure of that one).

I am starting to get a little concerned now …

Should I bring our first born male child for some kind of protection, he is Oklahoma City police. We always carry tools Jon, and manuals, the manuals are especially nice, it gives you something to read while you wait on someone to drop by and tell you what it is that you need to do to fix your problem.

Now I am going to try that picture sizing thing you told me about? (Uh yup, didn’t work … I must be computer impared or something … Insert approrpriate smiley face here)
