Thought the death wobble was a Cherokee issue and not a Grand Cherokee issue?

My sons 08 Wrangler had the wobble, don’t remember the fix.

Is your 1500 a manual transmission or a 4×4 auto to tow.Anything special you need to do

We have both a 14 Ram Limited and 14 Jeep Grand Cherokee Summit.

Had no issues with either one. We tow the Ram to Florida every winter and tow the GC with us when we travel for work. We bought both for the air ride suspension and V8 engines. Both get decent fuel mileage and you can’t beat the ride.

    Bill…

Nothing special needed to tow our Ram 1500 4×4. It does have an auto, so start the engine, put the transmission in neutral, put the transfer case in neutral, shut off the engine, and drag it down the road. When you get “there”, start the engine, transmission in neutral, engage the transfer case in 2WD & go. We have experienced a dead battery after towing for several days without unhooking, which was solved by incorporating a charge terminal in the wiring plug from the bus. We previously towed a Jeep Grand Cherokee, and that was pretty straightforward too.
