Just completed the quick registration process. I guess my dues are working again, didn’t even ask for a payment. Jon, Tom and others are really good at keeping overhead costs down and allowing our dues to be so inclusive. What an orginization.

Even though the registration window responded with “thanks for registering” is there anyway I can see if I am indeed on the list?

Thanks Jon and Tom, looking forward to it.

We will make sure people can confirm if they are registered.

In addition to the full schedule already planned I just got a confirming email from Robert Hitt of Prevost Car and he will be presenting the session on how to access and use the Prevost Car website and all of its technical information. Robert, lIke Bill Jensen is a tremendous addition to our seminar because these guys possess knowledge and expertise that is unmatched. Attendees are going to benefit highly from what Bill and Robert know about our coaches from their years f service with Prevost.

Darian, its probably going to be $500 for Jon and $500 for Tom and nothing for Jeff 🙁

Actually since the income from dues has been bad this year Jeff pays Tom and I for scheduling this at his shop. During the evenings Tom and I go around breaking things on coaches and Jeff gets to repair them at inflated fees. We get a kickback.

There is no end to the ways we go about making money from PC members. That is in addition to the fertilizer spread on this site, which gets bagged and sold for gardens.

Being a newbie, unaware of the prior seminars. Will this be Thurs,Fri Sat or just 2 days, Fri Sat and simply meet on Thursday evening only?

Also for any other newbies, just found an old post from Tom, if you can’t get the reply or post buttons, sign out and make sure your password is correct with respect to punctuation when you re-sign in.

For those of us that are registered, how do we reserve 50 amp service and is there an extra charge?

Everyone should come prepared to run your generator…..We have in the past never had enough power to have anyone plugged in, I have no idea how many service coaches I will have in at the time of the seminar. I will plug coaches in if there are any available plugs by a method of either first signed up or a random draw…..No way to say until the seminar if there will be any or x number of plugs available…..

Thanks, Jeff! We will figure on dry camping as I am not sure if we will be ready for a 24 carat gold oil change at that time or not 😉

Remember, October in Vonore has great cool fall weather. Come in with empty tanks and full water, you won’t need the gen much other than battery charging.

Jeff has a lot of power outlets because his business has grown to the point where he has a lot of coaches being serviced or scheduled for service. When we have a seminar we have to understand those coaches being serviced and whose owners are not necessarily with the coaches have to have priority.

Those attending the seminar should plan on dry camping and see that as an opportunity to run the generator and load it up as heavily as possible. Our generators never get the exercise they should have to stay healthy so this is a good opportunity to run them long and hard.

Arrive as Tom says with full water, and empty holding tank, along with a full fuel tank and based on the number of coaches that need power Jeff, Tom and I will try to arrive at the fairest method of allocating the available power outlets. If you have to run your generator I doubt if you will use more than 30 or 40 gallons of fuel based on a Friday arrival, Monday departure, and continuous generator operartion and a usage of less than 1/2 gallon per hour. Last diesel price I saw in the Vonore area was $2.15.
