FWIW we looked at it last summer at Marathon FL when we were downsizing from our 2006 XLII which was in mint condition thanks to Jeff. Very nice and appeared to be in great condition. Got some history as discussed above.

We decided to pass because the only service records available were in a hand written book inside the coach. Delam test noted in the book several years ago. Owned at that time by a wholesaler in Phoenix and had been sitting for a long time. Ask price was $239K I think … could be wrong.

So, no records, possible delam repair at big bucks in our mind dropped the price into the low $100’s and we walked. However, it had the makings of a great coach for the right buyer with eyes open. Way over priced now.

I dont think there are newer maintenance histories as the coach has not been owned by a buyer for about 17 months.
