Has anyone ever used flex seal products on a leaky slide? Did it work or create another problem?

We have a 2006 Liberty Elegant Lady XLII. Our remote control and our Crestron either one will no longer lock/unlock bay doors. The entry door lock still works. Anybody have any idea what could be going on? The only other issue is tivolis around all the widows in salon are ALL out at once but the others still work.
