What does Jeff have to do with Lifeline? I can’t pick up the batteries, Is he a Lifeline dealer?

Worst offenders I find are people using the highway for just one exit within city limits as a short cut. They still behave like they are on city streets.
A few years ago, my daughter was following our bus down I5. As we entered Roseburg OR there are two on ramps just a few hundred feet apart. Cars on the on ramp hesitated, so my daughter slowed down quite a bit to let the car in. A mistake. Immediately, she was a nailed from behind by someone not paying attention. The guy she braked for left the scene.
With the bus, I move to the center lane within cities if possible. If stuck in the right lane I use the horn to wake the mergers if I anticipate a potential problem. So far so good.
