Oh and Jeff the switch housing is blue on my Marathon because that means it comes with a blue cap. The red ones you see are the same switch. So you buy the cap separate .

I put TerraTerm software on my laptop, got a USB TO DP9 cable to connect to the new board, I have hooked up but it hasn’t communicated yet. Not sure if a straight cable or Null cable is needed yet to communicate.

Hi Jeff, the latch board is what controls lite switching. Mine is the newer version and it was installed in 2012. I bought mmy 90 Marathon CL last year. It did not have any manuals with it for the Marathon side. So I took in on myself to try and figure them out. My latch board ( Marathon Latch Board Adam 600974 p/n 119282) has a LED light that should blink green showing all good that’s the one you see in pic mine was blinking red then green over and over. To see if it was in the switches I pulled the the plug rail that has the input wires ( more than one per screw) then with an ohm meter went from each screw to ground. If it read OL was ok if it read 00000 then one of the wires was grounded, 2 pins were going to ground I then took those wires out and tested each finding one wire for each screw that read bad. Those to went to the light switch rail next to passenger seat right behind door. Pulled it out and found that they went to galley and bath lights. The switches were bad causing the red light error. Taking them out of equation the lights work with the other switches. So to buy them (OEM) I went to MOUSER web page they have them in stock. The switch that springs back (momentary ) p/n is EAO 31-121.025 SPDT switch only $47.62. the other switches we have in our coaches are ( maintained ) p/n EAO 31-261.025 also SPDT switch only $56.62. You have to buy the caps themselves p/n EAO 31–903.6 which are the blue caps $3.73.

The latch board you should be able to hook up to your laptop ( down load Software called TerraTerm so it can read schematics and you can troubleshoot errors.

If your latch board looks different then mine you may have the old style yet. I saw one of those on eBay for $100.00 but then the old ones you need a stand alone timer that’s wired to it. Where the new ones have time in circuit board. I hope this helps you Jeff . This is what I have started working on so when I find more out I I will shoot it over your way.

Thanks Alex for the response. They are on the Prevost side. I do have the Prevost schematics. On the Marathon side above driver are the two push buttons with two illumin

Yes I would love to have the Marathon side.i don’t believe there is that big of difference between a 90 and 91. My address is Robert Konop 12022 414 St CRT E Eatonville WA 98328. Let me know how much it will cost and how to get it to you. I am going go with as much OEM parts I can get. But I probably would like the price you paid more than what I found. May I have the web page where you bought the switches off of ? I could not find it.

I am new to the whole RV thing. I bought mine Oct of last year. Have not been able to use it yet. I had a mechanic that wanted some side work. I wanted him to change all filters and fluids. Him and his partner unbolted my radiator fan gearbox and did not bolt back down. I drove less than a mile and engine shut down. The fan ripped right into my radiator . Could not find one on line it would take Prevost 6 months to have one built. I did find a new one end of March. It was hard to find one that had a 4 1/2 in thick core. Biggest darn radiator I have ever replaced. So I am going to get a few things like the electrical done I bought new air bags (that I am getting ready to install ), coach and house batteries. Then I will take on its maiden voyage. I can’t wait.

Thanks for such a fast response Alex. Yes it is on the Prevost side but the switches are on the Marathon side. There is not a paddle switch on RHS counsel. There are two seperate single push buttons above driver in a Marathon circuit. At first I thought the buttons were stuck so I unplugged the connectors from the switch ( already shut breaker off w/no luck) still on. Are the wire numbers attached to it were Marathons. I call marathon to get a copy of the schematics. I was told they did not save anything that old. That’s a big bummer, I would think a company like that would have the records to every coach they built. This makes for more of a challenge.

The Prevost side says it’s wired through their switch that is not there. You know maybe I need to take the RH dash plate off and see if Marathon taped it there. Once found it will be fixed.

Today I have the pleasure to install my new Radiator and fan blade
