Zip Dee Auto Awning. Cannot find Zip Dee Company f
Zip Dee Autom Awning giving problems. I cannot find a current connection with Zip Dee.
Are they still in business? Front control arm is lazy and needs help.

Which Zip Dee awning to you have? The air pressure automatic one? or the manual awning?

Water in the arms are the enemy, so be sure to manually lower the awning with the motor button at the controller, get it just beyond 90 degree’s, remove the 4 screws on the black plastic end cap and let the water run. While your at it, the small 1/2″ bolt on the arm should be removed and Zip Dee, Jimmy, says to add a little 3 in 1 oil for the arm lubrication.
Also, battery voltage for the 2 batteries must be fully charged and are wired in series for 24 volt.
You may already know all this, just making suggestions.
