YouTube Video
Posted by Dave on April 10, 2020 at 12:59 pmHi All,
I’m not sure how to post the video, but, Andrew Steele posted a video dealing with the very popular subject of de-lamination, titled “THE $50,000 DOLLAR PREVOST PROBLEM NO ONE TALKS ABOUT”.
Obviously he’s never been on member sites, haha.
I was okay with most of it until the end where for some reason he’s under the impression that the 50k fix will need to be repeated every ten to fifteen years, so budget 3k or so a year for this.
Just something of interest to look up and watch.
Take care,
Dave

The current repair done by Prevost is permanent and never has to be redone. We have made every attempt possible to inform potential buyers that a delam inspection or evidence it has been done must be a part of every pre-purchase inspection.
Unfortunately there are a lot of Prevost owners and potential buyers who are not PC members and some are getting shitty information from some fakebook and U-tube sites.

Andrew Steel doesn’t know the difference between a bus and a bulldozer.

Well there goes that credibility. I had it done and for the record that is a permanent fix. The care and attention by Prevost to remedy this problem is 110%.
Can you post the Andrew Steele address ?
Never mind, just went to YouTube enter if you have interest… Andrew Steele

I watched it and was really impressed with some just pulling the panels away from the body and squirting in some glue. May not be exact wording.
I’m with Bernie. My take is if your going to make comments and haven’t gone through the rivet process and painting, you need to stay on the porch.

Got nothing but love for you Guru.
We were hoping your wingman Gil would comeback too?

Andy and Bernie engaged in a social dialog with love mentioned on Easter weekend, I have no doubt I’ll have a chocolate bunny on my doorstep in the morning.
-
Watch his video of the “5 most influential people in the RV industry 2020” for some entertainment.
-
I watched the video 5 most influential video.
When you have sales persons selected….I’am looking in-between the lines.

I watched the 5 half way through and couldn’t take it any longer. Watch the lady with the sewer hose at 2:54, hope that wasn’t a potable water spigot, exactly why I always spray down the spigots with a 50/50 mixture of bleach and water before hooking up my hose.
-
I do that too….much safer that way since we have no idea what the person before us was doing.
Tom…did the bunny show up this morning?
-
Nope, no bunny, went to the P O Box and nothing, wondering if Jon hijacked my dues money.
-
There’s that mention of dues money again.
To me dues money is like the Loch Ness monster or Bigfoot. It is not real, or at least that is what Tom has insisted forever.
Now I see on another thread he is selling parts and pieces from his new RV. Somehow he not only can buy a new RV, he has money coming from somewhere to keep making upgrades. I bet he also has a stash of toilet paper and face masks next to his pile of dues dollars.
What is wrong with this picture?????????
-
Not to butt in here Jon… My thinking is there may be a crack in Tom’s armor!
