You X Monaco guys I have a question for you?
My friend Ron has a 06 Monaco Dynasty that he has had for a year or so, He bought it from Premium coach works in AZ, They sell Prevost Buses and super clean Motor homes. But anyways this thing is lower miles stored indoors and beautiful and Ron is not much of a mechanic. On their way home from Canada last weak it blew all the hydraulic fluid out, so no power steering-cooling Fans- and what ever else the hydraulics operate. He had it towed to a truck repair shop at $1200 bucks and they could not find any leaks or broken hoses,They added fluid and down the road they went, later it happened again all the hydraulic blew out again but no place to pull over so he kept driving and no fans it started heating up and no power steering. He had it towed close to home this time 450 miles it was like $5000 bucks this time and shop in Santa Maria can’t find any problems, fluid blew out rubber cap on pump reservoir. He’s bummed out and said he is going to sell it. Those Monaco’s have one hydraulic system that does everything what can make this happen, Any advice would be appreciated art (805)712-9449 thanks

Sorry to hear about your friend Art, things like this making camping no fun at all. This issue has been something that has been brought up over and over on all the forums, you either need a lot of Money or a lot of tools and time if you want to own one of these Engineering Marvels.

They figured out what was wrong why hydraulic fluid on fans and power steering he said drive pump was driven by allison trans and pump seal failed and pumped hydraulic fluid into trans and that’s where fluid went.
