  • x12 torque multiplier

Posted by Rick & Denise on September 16, 2012 at 5:30 am

Is this THE tool or is there something else out there? http://www.times12.com I replaced all my shocks a couple weeks ago and was able to do so with removing to wheels. How ever I will be replacing all my air bags and brakes chambers in 2 weeks and the wheels are coming off for sure. The x12 is a bit pricey but I like the idea of carrying it with me when on the road. At home I have an 1/2 in air impact and 3/4 electric impact. Your thoughts. Rick

That’s the company and there are often some for sale on ebay. I know Deb and Eric who recently sold their coach had one for sale. If you don’t have shop air and a 1″ impact wrench it’s ideal. I use it to check torque when I replace wheels.

I am sending you an email because Eric might have some stands also.

I have been using these from Northern Tool. They go on sale at the web site a couple of times a year for about 50% off and you get free shippping to the local store. I use them for the coach and my cars and trucks.

They are available in 5,10,15,20,and 25 ton configs. You can also purchase a turning bar for the screw jack action or just supply your own cold rolled steel bar.
