Coincidently when I was at Prevost about a month ago two H3 coaches with similar damage (seated) were in the process of being rebuilt.
Given the age and relative value of this coach, and the amount of this coach that has to be disassembled and cut apart to get to the undamaged sections to begin the repair it might be cost prohibitive.
The photos aren’t very detailed so it is only a guess as to the extent of the damage, but I think it is certain more of the chassis structure is bend and deformed than it might first appear. Add to that parts availability, unknown detail about interior damage, and this coach becomes a treasure trove of replacement parts.
It would be great to get the details, starting with how it was insured, what the decision is regarding repair or it becoming salvage, what was damaged in the interior, etc.

Dan Hilger might comment how the damage this coach compares to their coach damage. IIRC the damage was on the other side (pax), the door was jammed shut, but the coach could be driven. IIRC it was totalled out. Dan might know if its being repaired.

Just a quick glance Dick, my guess is that damage is well into the 6 figure range. Ours wasn’t as damaged as much as this one appears and the estimate was 97k for just the outside, let alone electrical and interior work.
Judy did find it online at a salvage yard this spring, don’t know anything more than that.
