Congrats to both Tom and Jon for having the foresight, willingness and ability to create this great site and to the 1000th member. I was so proud when I finally managed to acquire a Prevost coach but I am also proud to be a member of this group. It was amazing to me how quickly and easily I was accepted as a member. I was not long asking questions and getting almost immediate free help, advice and suggestions which is a huge part of what this membership is all about…
As an example during a stay at Myakka Motorcoach in Florida I had a starter issue. Tom happened to be passing by and without hesitation offered to help. It wasn’t long and he had returned, tools in hand to get the problem resolved well enough to get me to a service centre that could replace the bad solenoid. I know most rv’ers are always willing to help each other out, but this membership has proven to be a much tighter group. It was some time after that when I realized who Tom was. He didn’t even take a beer from me…a thank you was all he accepted.
I’m sure of two things…my asking questions and getting help and advice will not stop and neither will the addition of members to this site largely because of Tom and Jon. 1000 members is a very big milestone…2000 isn’t that far off.

Believe it or not, our goal is to get all Prevost enthusiasts. 100% participation seems unrealistic but we sure didn’t expect 1000 members at one time.
We don’t know how many professionally converted coaches are in service, but we certainly would like their owners to participate. That includes both motorhome conversions and entertainer coach conversions. But we also want owners of home built conversions. Those guys have incredible knowledge and imagination and really know the guts of our coaches. Operators and drivers of entertainer coaches put so many miles on per year they can help us recognize problems to anticipate, critical service issues, and how to get service when we are a gazillion miles from home.
But we also want members who own other coaches who might make a Prevost their next coach. Those are the folks that ask the hard questions and get us all to thinking.
We want all the Prevost clubs to use PC. Participate in our forum, take advantage of our discount programs, list rallies, and work towards our ultimate goal which is to make a huge rally happen. 200 coaches. or more. Keep spreading the word. There is no reason for anyone to not visit the site because it is free. The content is excellent. and the benefits are good and are going to get better.

Nice job on a well rounded user friendly site. All responsible should be proud.
Safe travels…

How many of those 1,000 members actually own a Prevost?
Do you keep track of us by what kind of coach someone owns? I can’t remember from when I signed up.
Keep up the good work!

Since another site sold personal member information Tom and I have made privacy a very important issue.
We do not gather our member’s personal information beyond that required to register. We have no knowledge what coaches if any people own. We do know from emails and posts on the forum not everyone owns a coach, and we know we have members who own conventional motorhomes.
So the best answer is we know about as much as everyone else based on what we read on the forum and maybe a little more because of emails we get.
If a member wishes to reveal information we are OK with it as long as everyone who posts understands the forum is open to anyone to read. Only registered members who have logged in may post however.

Lets see, best Prevost information available anywhere, bests benefits, people giving of themselves to help others who are many times strangers to boot , best price around and Tom and Jon thrown in for the same cost. How could PC not be a roaring success? Thanks guys and thanks to everyone who helps this site run.

Okay the first beers are on me just cause you two do such good work. Our whole group is looking forward to this rally just to meet the two guys who work so damn hard to make this site what it is, in spite of the lax membership requirements LOL. See ya thursday.
